- $30 tarp pay for company drivers
- Tarp pay will be paid out on each load no matter if customer pays or not.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year OTR experience within the last 3 years
- At least 6 months flatbed experience within the last 3 years
- Must be 23 years old
